Well, sort of.

When my husband and I got married in 2016, I knew I wanted to make a bouquet that was uniquely me. I had an idea for a floral brooch bouquet but since I wasn’t a florist, I needed to make it well in advance (okay - full transparency - I finished the handle after my rehearsal dinner because weddings have SO MUCH planning involved).

The brooches were gifted to me from all of my friends and family members who attended my bridal shower and the hunt began for what flowers would be the perfect complement to them.

That’s when I first discovered wood flowers and instantly fell in love!

It’s been a long road since then and I, as well as wood flowers, have come a long way. Over the years, I have provided florals for weddings, photoshoots, corporate events, interior designers and some of my creations even ended up in Broadway dressing rooms. I’ve also worked behind the scenes of the sola wood flower world and written hundreds of craft tutorial blogs, business blogs, and met so many creative small business owners.

At From Maggie, With Love, I design forever flower creations that are perfect for weddings, home decor or gift-giving occasions. We’ll work together to determine your color preferences and desired aesthetic. Then, I’ll get to work making a forever flower creation that I know you’ll love.
